Here is the thread to post the Elvish forms (Quenya and Sindarin, mostly) of your real name (or nickname, if you wish).
My real name is Lisa (not a nickname or a short form, but I knew someone in grade school whose real name was Elizabeth and she went by Lisa. Perhaps she didn't like "Liz" or "Lizzie". Maybe because of Lizzie Borden or it reminded her too much of Elizabeth Wafefield's nickname in the Sweet Valley High books, who knows? I have a grandmother named Elizabeth, but she spells it with an "s" instead of a "z", which is also my mother's middle name, spelled with a "z", unlike my grandmother, whose nickname was Liesel, but I'm not sure if I spelled the nickname right).
Ales suggest Erúve for 'Lisa', shortened from Erunyauve.
Based on the following etymology of Lisa: 'A shortened form of Greek Eleisabet, from Hebrew but with several suggested forms: Elisheva' 'my [is my] oath', Elishava' 'My Has Sworn', Elisheva' 'My [Is] Plenty'
This Quenya translation is based on the last of these meanings (the one with 'plenty').
The Sindarin form is "Meluieth" which I found on a Tolkien site that is no longer in existense (probably due to lack of activity, since I can't even recall the name at the moment).
I also found this name generator from a thread on the Council of Elrond of what your Hobbit/Elven/Wizard/Human/Orc name would be if you lived in Middle-earth. Here are my results using my full name (first and last):
Hobbit: Elanor Starsley of Bree
Elven: Eowadia, Shipwright (cool, I love the ocean)
Dwarf: Elaevyan of Moria
Wizard: Curunir Stormcrow (apparently, I'm a cross between Gandalf and Saruman - that can't be good)
Human: Dwarewien, Princess of Dol Amroth (I kind of like this one)
Orc: Naur, the Wolf - Uruk of Mordor
The first one I'm using as my Hobbit lass on the Lord of the Rings Fanatics Plaza (who is a bit of a troublemaker, so she may have a little Took in her), and the second last is my username on TORN (the One Ring.net). My Orc name I found on a site called The Land of Shadow.
